Are shoes allowed on the trampolines?No, and non-slip socks are required.

Do you give group discounts? How do I book a Corporate Event, Group Event, FUNraiser, rent out entire facility?"Yes. Groups with 15 or more people are eligible for a group discount. See our groups page for more information. Please call or fill out an inquiry here and a Group Event Specialist will contact you.

Do I have to sign a waiver for my kids every time they visit Off The Wall?No. Waivers are kept on file and only need to be filled out once a year.

Can I bring outside food or drinks?No; In an effort to maintain the facility, we do not allow outside food or drinks, however, our restaurant offers everything from burgers, pizza, salads to wraps and all of your favorite snacks and refreshments.

How much does it cost?For all activities click on Pricing and Promotions Page. There is no "General Admission" to come to the facility, enjoy the Arcade, Restaurant, etc

Is it open to the public?Yes, anyone can come.

Do I need to sign a waiver before I can jump?YES! Every jumper needs to have a liability waiver signed. If you are under the age of 18 your parent or legal guardian must fill the waiver out for you. Waivers can be filled out online, or filled out at the location. Waivers will stay on file for one year.

Is there a minimum age to jump?Jumpers 3 & under must be accompanied on the court by an adult jumper for increased supervision. There is no minimum age; the child must be able to walk. We also have court dividers that we can use based on activity at any given time.

Do I need to make a reservation to come in and jump?No. Although we welcome walk-ins for open jumping, jump time is always subject to availability on the arena. We recommend you to purchase tickets online and guarantee your spot. Buy Tickets Online Here.

Can i cancel my Group Event/Birthday Party?We have a 50% non refundable deposit, we can re-schedule your event or offer store credit for the same amount of deposit taken.

How does Dodgeball work?We offer pick-up games of DodgeBall based on availability, customer traffic and demand at that time.

Can I wear a cast on the Trampoline?For the safety of our other guests, we do not allow casts on the trampoline.

Where can I store my shoes during my Jump Time.For your convenience we offer shoe cubbies. (Off the Wall is not responsible for any lost or stolen items)

I am concerned about my younger child jumping with older kids, how do you address that?"We have the ability to divide the entire arena into areas where we can separate ages and sizes accordingly based on the jumping traffic at the time. We also encourage younger jumpers to come jump during the week or earlier in the day on the weekends.
