Rim Safety
Absolutely no hanging on the basketball rims.
No Topping Out
Climbing over the top of the wall is strictly prohibited.
Queueing
Wait for your turn. Only 1 jumper on the platform at a time.
Capacity Limits
- Ages 12+: Maximum 6 players at a time.
- Under 12: Maximum 8 players at a time.
Waiver & Wristband
Valid OTW waiver and assigned wristband required for entry.
Single User Traffic
1 guest at a time. The next guest may start only after the previous guest reaches the zipline.
Access & Play
Games operate via OTW Play Cards. Cards must be registered or kept secure; lost cards are not the venue’s responsibility.
Capacity
Maximum 2 participants at a time.
Height Limit
Guests must be under 42 inches (106 cm) tall.
Height & Weight Requirements
Minimum height required to participate (48” alone, or 42” with an adult). Maximum weight limits apply.
Jousting / Battle Beam
Maintain balance while engaging your opponent using designated jousting sticks. Use controlled strikes or blocks, excessive force or dangerous swings are prohibited.
Game Mechanics
Slam dunks only. No long-distance shooting, 1v1, or 2v2 play.
Landing & Fall Technique
Land on both feet flat and bend your knees to absorb impact.
Descend by down-climbing or executing a controlled fall.
Game Rules
Applies to basketball, soccer, and volleyball.
Launch Rule
Jumpers must launch only from the trapeze bar. Jumping directly off the launch platform is prohibited.
Attire Requirements
Fully enclosed shoes with rubber soles required (sneakers). No flip-flops, sandals, Crocs, slides, or high heels.
Parental Supervision
Children under 3 must be supervised within arm's reach at all times by a parent or guardian.
Etiquette
Be courteous and allow space between players. Do not sit, lean, or climb on arcade cabinets or redemption games.
Grip Socks Required
Non-skid jump socks must be worn at all times. No bare feet, shoes, or street footwear.

Yes. Closed-toe athletic shoes (sneakers) are strictly required for active attractions such as the Ropes Course and Climbing Walls. Bare feet, sandals, crocs, or grip socks alone are not permitted on high-ropes or climbing elements.
Are closed-toe shoes required for non-trampoline attractions?
Courts are actively monitored by floor staff and segregated by age and size during peak capacity. Additionally, we feature a dedicated Toddler Zone reserved strictly for children under 42 inches.
How are younger jumpers separated from older kids for safety?
The Toddler Zone is restricted to children under 42 inches. Parents supervising children under 3 years old may enter the padding area to assist within arm's reach (waiver required), but adults are strictly prohibited from jumping on toddler trampolines.
Can adults enter or jump in the Toddler Zone?
For safety reasons, guests with any medical braces, hard casts, or splints are strictly prohibited from active trampoline areas and physical attractions.
Can guests wearing a medical cast or brace participate?
OTW Grip Socks feature specialized traction soles designed to prevent slipping on court surfaces while maintaining strict park hygiene standards. Non-OTW jump socks or bare feet are not permitted.
Why are official OTW Grip Socks mandatory?
Waivers remain active in our database for 5 years from the date of submission for all listed family members and legal minors.
