Do I need to sign a waiver for my kids every time we visit?

No, you don't need to sign a waiver every visit. Waivers are kept on file and only need to be filled out every 5 years.

No; In an effort to maintain the facility, we do not allow outside food or drinks, however, our restaurant offers everything from burgers, pizza, salads to wraps and all of your favorite snacks and refreshments.

If you are under the age of 18 your parent or legal guardian must fill the waiver (https://offthewallgamezone.centeredgeonline.com/waivers)out for you. Waivers can be filled out online, or filled out at the location. Waivers will stay on file for 5 years.
