No. Once signed, liability waivers remain valid in our system for five years. All participants under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian prior to entering attraction areas.
Do I need to sign a liability waiver every time I visit?
Yes. Official OTW Grip Socks are strictly required for all participants on trampoline courts and attraction surfaces for safety and sanitation. Street shoes, bare feet, or socks from other parks are not permitted. They can be purchased at check-in and reused on future visits.
Are OTW Grip Socks required on attractions?
There is no minimum age requirement as long as the jumper can walk independently. For children aged 3 and under, an accompanying adult must be on the court area to supervise. We also feature a dedicated Toddler Zone reserved strictly for younger guests under 42 inches.
Is there a minimum age requirement to jump?
Open shoe cubbies are available throughout the facility for guest convenience. For valuable items, we recommend keeping them with a non-participating spectator or locked in your vehicle, as OTW Gamezone is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Where can I store my shoes and personal belongings while playing?
Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited inside the facility. Our on-site Bar & Restaurant offers a complete menu featuring artisanal pizzas, burgers, salads, snacks, and refreshing beverages for the whole family.
Can I bring outside food or drinks into the park?
Arcade play and redemption tickets are loaded digitally onto reusable OTW Game Cards. Tickets earned on games are stored directly on your card and never expire, allowing you to redeem them for prizes at our Redemption Store anytime.
