Party packages do not include automatically added gratuity unless requested for large group buyouts. If your Party Host provided exceptional service, cash or credit card tips are greatly appreciated!
Is service gratuity included in birthday party packages?
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your party date and room. If you need to reschedule, you can transfer your deposit to a new date with at least 7 days' advance notice.
What is the deposit and cancellation policy for birthday parties?
All OTW party packages include dedicated attraction time, a reserved party room or table, pizza and drinks, a dedicated party host, full setup and cleanup, and official OTW Grip Socks for participating guests.
What is included in an Off The Wall birthday party package?
Yes! Registered birthday party groups are welcome to bring a birthday cake or cupcakes as well as custom decorations. Our team handles table setup and cleanup so you can enjoy the party.
Can I bring my own birthday cake or room decorations?
Yes. All official birthday party packages include OTW Grip Socks for all participating child attendees. Additional pairs can be purchased at the counter if needed.
Are OTW Grip Socks included for party guests?
We recommend booking 3 to 4 weeks in advance, especially for weekend time slots and peak hours. Booking early guarantees your preferred date, time, and private room.
