Event coordinators receive a custom group link to send to parents. Each participating minor must have an online waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian before arrival.
How do youth group organizers handle student waivers for field trips?
No. We provide 1 complimentary chaperone pass for every 10 paid student passes (1:10 ratio). Additional chaperones enjoy discounted admission.
Do adult chaperones pay for admission on field trips?
Yes. Valid state tax-exemption certificates must be submitted at booking prior to final payment. Payment method must match the organization name listed on the certificate.
