Depending on your membership tier, you receive free monthly Buddy Passes (2 for Gold, 4 for Platinum). Members can also bring up to 10 additional guests per month at a discounted rate of $10.95 per guest. (OTW Grip Socks sold separately).
How do monthly 'Buddy Passes' work?
Yes. All OTW memberships carry an initial 12-month agreement. After 12 months, your membership automatically transitions to a flexible month-to-month plan.
Is there a contract or commitment period for memberships?
Yes! Every membership tier includes a Free Parent Pass (Observer/Jumper), allowing a parent or guardian to join in on the action alongside the member.
Can parents participate or jump for free with a membership?
Your tier discount (10% Silver, 15% Gold, 20% Platinum) applies to food, non-alcoholic drinks, extra attraction passes, and birthday party bookings (excludes alcohol and game card purchases).
What perks and discounts do membership tiers offer?
Yes, a one-time $10 activation fee is applied when enrolling in any Silver, Gold, or Platinum membership tier.
Is there a initial sign-up or activation fee?
After completing your initial 12-month term, you can cancel anytime by emailing memberships@otwusa.com. A 30-day written notice is required for processing.
