Can we buy out the entire OTW Gamezone facility for a private event?
Our on-site restaurant provides flexible catering ranging from casual pizza buffets to custom platters and corporate menus. Dedicated bar tabs or open bar packages can also be arranged.
What catering and bar options are available for private events?
A 50% deposit secures your date and space. If plans change, events can be rescheduled or converted into store credit within our required booking window. Deposits are non-refundable.
What is the deposit and cancellation policy for group reservations?
We provide a dedicated digital link for your event organizer to distribute. All attendees must submit a completed online waiver prior to participating on attractions.
